So far, you are saying to yourself "Well, it still doesn't beat my daughter's colourful choices!" but you should know that she topped it off with a pink tutu. All frilly and fancy and organza-y. Add the runners, the silver-shot knit sweater and the knee length blue rain jacket and we have ourselves a contender for Fashionista of the North.

What makes me think our daughters would get along swimmingly?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15797136.post-27202294185244294632007-04-13T07:24:00.000-07:002007-04-13T07:24:00.000-07:00Now I have "Don't Know What You've Got 'Til It's G...Now I have "Don't Know What You've Got 'Til It's Gone" stuck in my head after your remarks about StupidStore, thanks, Holy.

Your girls looks simply smashing! Brings me back to Jess' school days; she went through a "I want to be unique fashionista!" and rolled one pant leg up, wore mismatched striped and patterned socks, plaid shirts over flowered tee-shirts and berets to school each and every day for a good month. It hurt my heart (and eyes) to let her leave the house each day, but I'm a fervent believer in letting kids be themselves unless they are harming themselves or others (it's that Wiccan in me). She's turned out to be a very expressive, energetic and creative person with excellent taste in clothing and all things aesthetic, so take heart! And a girl can never go wrong in pink cowboy boots, can she?

*Try TWO with the Word Verification!*Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15797136.post-67573560792467769802007-04-12T21:57:00.000-07:002007-04-12T21:57:00.000-07:00she's adorable!she's adorable!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15797136.post-11025547673951763212007-04-12T18:52:00.000-07:002007-04-12T18:52:00.000-07:00I am thinking that perhaps I am going to have to s...I am thinking that perhaps I am going to have to start sending down care packages...you see I get the mag, go to London Drogs or Shoppers even better as I collect the points and we live off Kraft. Certainly not within 'The Rules' or guidelines set out by Stacey and Clinton (I ♥ them too) but she is exercising her freedom of expression... which I am sure will become more expressive as she grows older!!! From such an outfit - I would assume she has a very creative and colorful imagination!

Isn't it wonderful to come home to the familiar!!! But even just from province to province... things are different. When I moved from BC to Ontario (long story... 3 months turned into 13 yrs later) - I missed out on A&B Sound... London Drugs... The Green Tomato (restaurants) and so on so forth. They simply don't exist here in Ontario. But now I am used to this area and would miss its conviniences should I ever relocate outside the province. But it is nice to come home... even from abroad.

Take care...
Ciao bella!
KCAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15797136.post-79167469427867737212007-04-12T08:25:00.000-07:002007-04-12T08:25:00.000-07:00What happened to that stylin' girl in that last bl...What happened to that stylin' girl in that last blog, anyway? She's really darling though. I cannot relate to any of your Canadian goodies, I'm sorry. I wish I could. One day maybe we'll move to Canada. Actually there was a lab in Calgary that my man was very interested in and he's keeping his doors open there. It is not too far from any of our other homes . . . well, besides this one. Really, I'm thinking of you and your homeless situation. This is sounding quite frightful.

P.S. Do you remember the name of those little star-shaped candies?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15797136.post-66589626150840018232007-04-11T13:45:00.000-07:002007-04-11T13:45:00.000-07:00I think she looks fabuloso! (lol; just shoot me)

I told you that the boys are making up their snow days by having an additional ten minutes added to each day for the remaining 60 days of school, right? Tsk... it's so danged dumb. And the high schools... Lawds! They add an additional minute to each class period during the day. Now that's some quality learnin'!
Can you just see it? "Now, class, hold on please. I have an additional minute to speak about your algebra homework."
Pfffttt...

I'll be wantin' to hear all about the teddy museum. Ever since that movie, "AI" and the talking Teddy, I've felt sad for all teddy bears. Mojo loves them. He covets them. Thank God we had him fixed otherwise he'd be doing other things to 'em, too. Ha! (Gross.)
Cheers!NBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08693376789638443376noreply@blogger.com
